Last updated: January 2026
Bucks Projects Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and safeguard personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect information that you provide directly through our contact form, email or phone, including: name, email address, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, and the content of your message.
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases under UK GDPR Article 6: consent (where you contact us), contract (where you become a client), and legitimate interests (managing our business and responding to enquiries).
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted sub-processors who help us run our business — for example, our email host, accounting software and CRM provider. Where we share data with a sub-processor, we require them to comply with UK GDPR.
This website uses essential cookies required for basic site function and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We will request your consent for non-essential cookies via our cookie banner.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact dan@bucksprojects.co.uk.
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the project plus 7 years to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
